This is the fastest and most complete search available in our area. We enter your search criteria into a more advanced system (Email Scout Direct), which allows more complex searches and sends you emails 24/7 within minutes of their entry into the MLS. Available for clients who are actively using us as their buyer's representatives. *What's The Difference?.

Option (A) (Email Scout Lite) searches the IDX database that includes most of the RMLS database. The number of fields that it can search is good but not as extensive as Option (B) (Email Scout Direct).

Option (B) (Email Scout Direct) offers more ways to search for properties and searches the entire RMLS database. Since Email Scout Direct is not available to the public, we need to match the search to your needs and we provide this service to clients who desire our services as their Buyer's Representative.
