THE COOPER TEAM - Is a family team comprised of John, Stacy and Seth Cooper who complement each other in the complexities of modern real estate.
Stacy Cooper
STACY is the Principal Broker, and an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR). She has worked in various aspects of the industry since 1990, including as an assistant, office manager, property manager, remodeler, sales associate, broker, and condominium developer. She enjoys most aspects of real estate, but delights in acting as an advocate for her clients.
In addition to being an avid reader and gardener, Stacy provides services for two unappreciative cats--Roo and Griffie. A Northwest native, Stacy relishes the beauty of the area, and during the summers she likes to camp, paraglide, kayak, and scuba dive. Free time during the winter is spent traveling and working with several volunteer groups.
Seth Cooper
SETH is a professional real estate broker with a "Green" designation from the NAR (National Association of Realtors.) Seth has been involved in the industry since 1994 as a real estate assistant, remodeler and broker. He is technologically proficient, and knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate transactions.
In Seth's free time he likes to bicycle, hike, snowboard, and practice hot yoga. He is an active member of several roller hockey groups and is training for a century ride. He is adored by his Black Lab/Australian Cattle dog, Libby.
John Cooper
JOHN works with both buyers and sellers. He has been an active Realtor® for 23 years and in addition to lots of experience is a Broker, Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), CRS, GRI, Ph.D. and Hall of Fame level producer. He previously owned and operated a condominium management business, served on the board of directors in two condo association where he has served as President and Treasurer and on various committees. His professional focus in real estate is on the condo/townhouse market. And, in keeping with his focus on the condominium market he lives in a condominium in the Pearl District.
John's interests include politics, economics, travel, and outdoor recreation such as scuba diving, swimming, skiing and hiking.
Other members. Our team also includes the service providers who work with our clients when they need a handyman, electrician, plumber, landscaper, or a painter.
